All ANVER vacuum cups can be equipped
with a large variety of suspension assemblies. Assorted mounting styles
and suspension types are available for each style of vacuum cup making it easy
to choose the cup assembly that is best suited for your system. All
suspension assemblies are built with the highest quality components and have been designed
using ANVER's 30-plus years of experience in the vacuum handling field. The following is a brief overview of our most common suspension types. Our
applications engineers will be pleased to assist you in finding the best vacuum pad
and suspension assembly for your application.
Bulkhead Mount

Rigid Spring Loaded
suspensions with bulkhead mounting are available for our smaller vacuum
cups. Similar to our classic suspensions,
these rugged assemblies are designed specifically for small vacuum cups
with a center suspension port which are in a fixed position on a load
beam or crossarm. Available for VC Series and VP
Series Vacuum Cups. |

Slide Mount Center
Port Assemblies

Also available for
our small center port vacuum cups are spring loaded suspensions with
adjustable pad slides. These assemblies are designed to be mounted
on a load beam where vacuum cups need to be adjusted to varying load sizes.
Three possible slides are available to fit common load beam
and crossarm sizes. For use with VC Series and VP
Series Vacuum Cups. |

Assemblies are also available for our medium sized vacuum cups. Double spring suspensions and side vacuum ports make these assemblies
perfect for virtually any material handling application.
