Compressed Air Powered Inflatable Rubber Bladder expands to tightly grip the load from the inside when pressurized
 

Features:

  • A Brand New Product to grip and lift opened mouth containers quickly and efficiently.
  • A rubber bladder inflates to 140% of size to firmly grip loads from the inside.
  • Rubber attachment is delicate, non-marring and conforms to any shape.
  • Has good load capacity and is unaffected by dusty environments.
  • Requires just a small amount of air pressure (10-15+ PSI) to expand and attach. To release simply reverse the air flow.  As the system is sealed it only requires pressure with no loss of flow to operate.  Attach and release are instantaneous, designed for high speed production machinery.  Economical, requires no lubrication.
  • Units are rebuildable in the field simply by replacing the rubber bladder, which slips on and is locked down by a screw collar.

NOTE: Pickers on this page with the suffix -PU are constructed from Polyurethane Rubber, which is Fully Washable.

  • Note: Very little pressure is required to hold loads.  Using an air pressure regulator, dial down the force to only the minimum pressure required to hold the load and no more.  This will greatly lengthen the service life of the replaceable rubber bladder. Use of excess pressure may rupture or force the rubber bladder off the end.
