may place your order on open account by selecting the "Bill me" payment method
and providing a company purchase order number. Payment terms for open accounts are Net 30
Days. Qualified businesses may open an account with ANVER Corp. by faxing your corporate
credit information to our Accounts Receivable Department for review. |

Prices and Minimum Order Amount |
All prices are in US$ and are subject
to change without notice. We recommend you contact ANVER to verify prices.
They do not include freight, applicable state and local taxes, and duties,
or special crating requirements for export shipment. Buyer shall pay all
such costs, taxes, charges and duties.
The minimum order amount
for all shipments destined
for Canada, Mexico and the United States (including,
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)
is $39.00. The sales order minimum
for all other export
destinations is $300.00.
The only export exception is for spare
parts for an existing
Anver Vacuum Lifter (serial
number required), in
which case the order must meet our $39.00
minimum. |

International Duties |
International customers are responsible
for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country. |
| Product Availability |
Most items shown on our storefront are stock or quick ship items. Upon
receiving your order we will notify you if there is an "out of stock"
situation and what our production lead time will be. If that delivery time is unacceptable
you can cancel your order before shipment free of charge. We will do our best to fill
orders in a timely fashion. |
| Returns and Repairs |
Contact our customer service department for a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number prior to any returns. This will allow us to provide you with return shipping
instructions, track your return and allow us to respond to your request efficiently.
Requests for returns (except warranty) should be made within 30 days of receipt of your

technical support or customer service rep will usually respond to your inquiry in less

As most Vacuum Lifter applications are custom or unique, we welcome
requests for quotations and bids. Keep in mind, the more information you give us about an

delivery if available. Suggestions for new products and site features are always welcome.
Our Online store carries only a small portion of our overall line of vacuum products. |
| Product Warranty |
All of our products are warranted by ANVER. In the case of non-ANVER
manufactured major components, we purchase the product warranty coverage as per and by the
respective manufacturer. Our sub-suppliers' warranty replaces ANVER's in the case of
a failure of a non-ANVER manufactured major component or system item such as a hoist,
overhead crane, pump, motor, manipulator, etc. In these cases, ANVER will act in your
behalf; however, our sub-suppliers' warranty is the only one valid. Contact our sales
department for a written copy of our or other manufacturer's warranty, such as with large
vacuum pumps, as needed. |

Having no control over the use of products available from this site, we
assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any
loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our
products. |
