A new hoist-based vacuum lifter that features a high air flow and pneumatic powered tilting for handling building materials, composites, and textured surfaces is being introduced by ANVER Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts. The ANVER VB Powered Liter-Tilter is a hoist-operated vacuum lifter with pneumatic powered tilting for handling a wide range of textured, semiporous materials. Featuring capacities up to 500 lbs., it can be ordered with a selection of vacuum pumps, up to 8.5 HP and 225 cfm at 18”Hg, along with suction pads to match the surface texture and porosity of specific loads. Designed for 100% duty-cycle performance, the ANVER VB Powered Liter-Tilter is available with vacuum pad attachments sized to the application, including foam pads up to 20” x 25”. Equipped with fully integrated controls for the variable speed hoist, vacuum attach and release, and the pneumatic tilter, this versatile lifter-tilter provides positive holding power without drift. |
