An air-powered vacuum lifter that lets one person
handle large, awkward loads involving bent stampings and other types of metal,
plastic, or compo-site fabrications is available from ANVER Corp. of Hudson,
Massachusetts.
The ANVER VPFL Vacuum
Air-Powered Lifter is a below-the-hook unit that lets one person handle large,
awkward bent fabrications and can be customized to accommodate a wide range of
loads. Featuring vacuum pads that swivel and conform to
the load, with parking stands to protect
them, the beam can be up to 15 ft. and it has a long adjustable handle
with integrated controls.
Customized to maintain a load at the proper
ergonomic height, the ANVER VPFL Air-Powered Lifter has a welded steel lifting
frame, uses Venturi vacuum pumps, an integrated vacuum guard system with check
valves, a gauge, and an air filter. Pads are offered in a variety of materials
including non-marking silicone for
applications where the fabrication will be painted. |
