Venturi Vacuum Pumps for
High-Speed Pick and Place Systems

A full line of air-powered venturi vacuum pumps that can be positioned close to the pickup point in pick and place systems to provide millisecond attach and release is available from ANVER Corp. of Hudson, Massachusetts. ANVER VR Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps feature aluminum construction with brass inserts, have no moving parts to wear out, and can pull a 26” Hg vacuum with only 0.74 to 1.27 SCFM air flow and 72 psi supply pressure. Ideally suited for high speed pick and place systems where they can be positioned close to the parts being handled, these pumps provide milli-second attach and release and minimize the potential for vacuum loss. Easily integrated into single item EOAT and manifolds, ANVER VR Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps need only 1.2” or 1.4” space and use standard com-pressed air logic, components, and fittings. Maintenance-free, they can be supplied with a wide variety of suspensions and suction cups ranging from 3/8” to 10” dia. and are offered in many materials including silicone. |
