A full line of ergonomic vacuum lifters that feature power tilting and can balance loads to let one person transport and position doors, panels, and similar components for final assembly is available from ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts. The ANVER Model ABT10M2-30 Assembly Lifter is an air-powered, ergonomic vacuum lifter that features power tilting and an integrated air balancer to let one person lift, transport, and position large components for assembly. Designed for production line use, it provides a 100% duty cycle, only needs 4.5cfm @80psi air, and has dual hand release controls for operator safety. Available with cross beams up to 8 ft. (2.4 m) wide and fully adjustable vacuum suction pads which come in a wide variety of shapes and materials to fit around windows, louvers, etc., and match the component, the ANVER Model ABT10M2-30 Assembly Lifter can be designed with capacities up to 1,000 lbs. (454 kg). Optional safety features include a battery operated vacuum loss sensor. |
