A
new line of vacuum suction cups for pick-and-place robotic arms used in
the production and packaging of CD’s, DVD’s, and other optical storage
media is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER
Optical Media Suction Cups are made from translucent silicone and are
soft, pliable, and non-marring to protect sensitive surfaces.
Designed for the production and packaging of CD’s and other
optical storage media, they come in standard flat, bellows, half-round,
closed, and full-ring shapes.
Compatible
with virtually all high-speed pick-and-place robotic systems, ANVER
Optical Media Suction Cups are available in a variety of elastomers. The
wide selection of shapes offered allows for optimum holding power,
depending upon the size of the optical media and handling application.
