Currently ANVER is not
selling foam extrusions. We are only selling complete vacuum pads with
the appropriate foam seals depending on the application.
ANVER uses Vacprofiles for creating suction pads and
tooling jigs, that can hold down a wide range of products during
manufacture.
ANVER Vacuprofiles are used for holding down a wide variety of work
pieces made from fiberglass, plastics, and wood. Featuring a wide
selection of profile types and materials, sizes are available from ½” x ½”
(12.7 x 12.7 mm) up to 2” x 1-½” (50.8 x 38.1 mm), depending upon the material and surface texture.
ANVER Vacuprofiles can
be supplied in red silicone, EPDM, Nitrile, neoprene,
Sponge Rubber, and various dual-durometer materials. Profile types include rubber
rail seals, ribbed foam, tapered foams, and gum drop shapes.
