A new Vacuum End-Effector that bolts onto a Gradall® Excavator boom extension to safely pick up, place, align, and install all types of heavy flush-mounted panels is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

The ANVER Vacuum End-Effector System for Gradall Excavators bolts onto their standard boom extension mounting pattern and is powered by the host hydraulic- and electrical systems to provide motorized tilt and rotation, controlled from inside the cab. Capable of lifting 8,500+ lb (3856 kg) panels in the horizontal and vertical plane, this end-effector permits front surface final placement and removal without the use of hooks, slings, or chains.

Featuring a hydraulically powered vacuum pump and four-ribbed vacuum pad attachments, the ANVER Vacuum End-Effector for Gradall Excavator's system controls include a joy stick for motion control, red and green safe/ unsafe indicator warning lights, an audible vacuum monitoring warning device, and suitable pressure and vacuum gauges. Providing full articulation control from inside the cab, the system vastly increases the speed of placing panels while eliminating manual labor and safety concerns.
