A new, compressed air-operated vacuum lifter that is designed to handle
products from the inside, which are packed or palletized close together
such as vases, flower pots, and all types of open containers and vessels,
is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
The ANVER Inside Vacuum Lifter features a lightweight aluminum
articulating handle and a custom fabricated end-effector that reaches down
into products and lifts them from an interior surface. Ideally suited for
handling open products which are packed or palletized tightly and cannot
be gripped from the outside, this
lifter hangs on a hoist and has fully integrated controls.
Featuring fingertip up/down and vacuum attach and release controls at the
end of the handle, a vacuum gauge and a safety check valve, the ANVER
Inside Vacuum Lifter includes their compact, self-contained Mitey-AirVac™
air-powered vacuum station that weighs only 2 lbs. and employs a powerful
venturi vacuum pump to achieve 26”Hg with flow rates from 0.74 to 7.0 CFM.
