A new, mill-duty, electric vacuum lifter that is designed for metal
centers and features fully adjustable suction pads for handling loads
without slings or hooks is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of
Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER VPF-3 Metal Plate Vacuum Lifters feature suction pads with
heavy-duty bolt-on sealing rings which can be oriented for long or wide
loads and are fully adjustable on the beam. Capable of loading large
plates or blocks into tooling centers, these mill-duty vacuum lifters
eliminate the use of hooks, slings, and grabs that can damage products and
endanger workers
Providing up to 15,000 lbs. (6804 kg) capacity, ANVER VPF-3 Metal Plate Vacuum
Lifters are electric powered and equipped with a front handle bar and an
integrated vacuum guard system which automatically monitors the vacuum
system and has audio-visual alarms in the event of a malfunction. Two
parking stands keep the rubber suction pads off the floor when the lifter
is stored.
