A new
vacuum lifter designed for gripping products, tanks, and vessels from the side
in assembly, packaging, and installation applications is being introduced by
ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
The
ANVER VP-57-AC Side Grip Vacuum Lifter features fully adjustable cross
beams to accommodate loads up to 5 ft. (1.5
m) wide and has side bars up to 3 ft. (0.9 m) long. Ideal for assembly
and packaging applications with products that cannot be lifted from the top
because of obstructions or other reasons, this lifter
can be equipped with suction cups that match
specific types of surfaces.
Available with capacities up to 2,500 lbs.
(1134 kg), the ANVER VP-57-AC Side Grip Vacuum Lifter can be either 115
VAC or air-powered and can include tilt and rotate loads. Standard features
include vacuum gauges and an audio/visual alarm. Typical applications
involve tanks, vessels, and other equipment
where the top surface is not suited for lifting. |
