A new series of sub-compact, air-powered vacuum stations that are totally
self-contained and suitable for a wide range of applications including gas
sampling, end of arm tooling, custom jigs, and hold down fixtures is being
introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER Mitey-AirVac™
Air-Powered Vacuum Stations are totally self-contained, employ a powerful
Venturi vacuum pump to achieve a 26”Hg (660 mm Hg) vacuum with flow rates
from 0.74 to 7.0 scfm (21 to 200 l/min.), and have no moving parts; making
them virtually maintenance-free. Featuring an internal check valve to
maintain vacuum in case of a power loss and a vacuum gauge, they include
ports for either a remote vacuum release switch or a valve to activate
blow-off.
Fully integrated and ready to use, ANVER Mitey-AirVac™ Air-Powered Vacuum
Stations can be mounted in any orientation. On a
clean, smooth non-porous material, they will hold vacuum per ASME Std.
B30.20a-2001 for vacuum holding devices;
allowing an operator to put down the load safely. Measuring only 3.31” x
3.66” x 4.11” (84 x 93 x 104 mm) and 2 lbs. (0.9 kg), the MTY-1 model is
the smallest complete vacuum station on the market.
