A
full line of powered vacuum lifters and tilters for handling large flat panels
and awkward loads comprised of porous and nonporous materials, without the slings, clamps, or hooks that can cause damage,
has been introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
ANVER ET Series Powered Vacuum Lifters and Tilters are capable of lifting from
the horizontal to the vertical plane and back, without contact
while turning, and will stay in place if stopped during transfer. They feature a lightweight,
narrow, easy- to- maneuver frame, totally adjustable vacuum cup
placement, and a handlebar with fingertip control for tilting loads up to 90° under
power. Providing a 100% continuous duty cycle with instant attach and release, they
operate in conjunction with a hoist, and are designed to allow one-person
manipulation of large flat panels up to 6 ft x 12 ft (1.8 m x 3.7 m), and awkward loads with contoured surfaces.
Ideal
for handling glass, steel, stone, wood, fiberglass, plastic and dry wall
loads, ANVER ET Series Powered Vacuum Lifters and Tilters are available in
500-, 1000-, and 2000 lb (227-, 454-, and 907 kg) capacity models. Powered by either electricity or
compressed air, they provide a 100% duty cycle, instant attach and release, and
operate in conjunction with a hoist. These
Lifters can be fitted with 2, 4, or 8 vacuum cups,
and incorporate an oversize vacuum pump, filter, and electric actuator for each rated
capacity. Main beams range from 48" to 110" (1.2 m x 2.8 m) long, depending upon model, and the
crossarms are typically 44" (1.1 m) wide. Requiring only 115 volt single phase electric power
to operate, they can be equipped with a wide selection of vacuum cup styles to match
specific user requirements.
