A line of vacuum lifters that run on
air or electricity and are designed to let one person pick up particle board, chip board,
plywood, FRP panels, and composite sheet is available from ANVER Corporation of Hudson,
Massachusetts.
ANVER PF-07 Series Vacuum Lifters produce up to
24" (61 cm) Hg vacuum with high air flow for handling semi- and nonporous sheets individually
from a stack, and can pick up wood panels, even when blocked. Designed for one person
operation, they feature an ergonomic handlebar with a rapid attach and release control
valve and can be equipped with spring pad suspensions to even out loads and assure proper
seating on irregular surfaces.
Available in pneumatic and electric powered
versions, ANVER PF-07 Series Vacuum Lifters include standard features such as an integral
vacuum reservoir, vacuum and pressure gauges, and a check valve to maintain vacuum
integrity in the event of a power loss. Constructed of high tensile steel, they can be
supplied in capacities ranging from 50 to 3,000 lb (23 to 1361 kg) with various beam, cross arm, and
vacuum pad configurations.
