A compact mini-tube vacuum lifter that features a new
side lift attachment for handling boxes and other products in-process during manufacture
and assembly, when it is desirable to lift and move them prior to sealing, is being
introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
The ANVER Mini Vacuum Tube
Lifter is powered by a quiet (70 dB) direct drive pump that pulls 18"
(46 cm) Hg
vacuum, and uses a 1½" (38.1 mm) supply hose which is lighter and easier to handle and festoon
than standard size tube systems. Featuring a side grip attachment that frees the tops of
boxes and other items for filling and related in-process applications during manufacture,
it incorporates a center of gravity offset to maintain proper balance.
Constructed from stainless steel
with standard quick-connect couplers, the ANVER Mini Vacuum Tube Lifter can accommodate a
variety of general and special purpose vacuum attachments for handling porous or nonporous
objects. Electric or pneumatic vacuum pumps from ¾ to 5 hp are available, and tube
lifters can be equipped with 3.9", 4.7", and 5.5" (99 mm, 119 mm,
and 140 mm) diameter tubes.
