A compact vacuum lifter that features a fully adjustable frame and vacuum suction cup assembly for handling dimensionally similar parts in a work cell or plant is available from ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts. ANVER’s VM-Series Vacuum Lifter is a hoist integrated, ergonomic lifting system that operates on compressed air and lets one person safely handle heavy parts weighing up to 550 lbs. Featuring fully adjustable frames and vacuum suction cup assemblies, this lifter can easily adapt to fit similar sized parts with different surface areas available for locating the cups. An effective solution for work cells, ANVER’s VM-Series Vacuum Lifter can hold loads in-place, without drift, for assembly and packaging operations. Providing 27”Hg vacuum holding power and fast attach-and-release, standard features include quick-connect vacuum attachments, fully integrated handle-bar controls, and a choice of two- and variable-speed electric hoist motors. |
