A new pick-up head for handling full pallet loads that features a clear top which lets an operator see every container, for easy vacuum cup alignment, is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts. The ANVER VT-Series See-Thru Head can lift up to 30 individual containers of paint, putty, or similar products and features a clear Lexan® top that simplifies alignment of the vacuum cups. Ideal for loading or unloading full pallets, this see-thru head is equipped with bellows style suction cups to accommodate surface variations within the containers. Designed to provide full vacuum even if several cups have no load attached, the ANVER VT-Series See-Thru Head fits the firm’s electric powered VT-Series Tube Lifters which offer a 100% continuous duty cycle and a 360° swivel on top to permit unrestricted load rotation. Easy to change, each vacuum cup simply screws into a single air chamber within the clear pick-up head. |
