A vacuum tube lifter featuring a new custom curved pad attachment with a manual tilt mechanism for stacking rolls vertically and loading mandrels is being introduced by ANVER Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts. The ANVER VT Vacuum Tube Lifting System for up-ending rolls features a foam sealed, curved metal pad with a large surface area and a manual swivel and tilt capability. Providing an easy way to stack rolls vertically and load mandrels, it has a continuous duty cycle for handling porous materials and permits unlimited starts/stops per minute with instant attach-and-release. Constructed from stainless steel and electro-polished for added corrosion resistance, the ANVER VT Vacuum Tube Lifting System incorporates a conical flow valve for smooth vacuum operation and an extended ergonomic handlebar for maximum operator control and safety. Ideal for paper and plastic rolls up to 5 ft. L by 200 lbs., the pads are custom designed to fit the roll O.D. |
