These
rectangular vacuum cups with
fully encased metal hub and multiple rounded cleats, are designed as a General Purpose
Vacuum
Pad for lifting a multitude of Porous, Semi-Porous and Non-Porous Loads. They are excellent for wood,
composites, stone and other materials. They feature an
excellent, versatile design for many applications. Features:

Vacuum
Hub is a machined metal plate fully encased in an OctopusGrip™
proprietary
urethane cup. There is no leakage as all mounting holes are sealed on
the bottom.

Vacuum Cup is supplied with
pre-drilled and tapped mounting holes and a vacuum port. No drilling
is required.

The standard material is
ANVER's OctopusGrip™
Polyurethane (PUR) is extremely long wearing, non-marring and
abrasion-resistant.

The FlexGrip Series
Vacuum Pad Attachment, a new concept in vacuum pad engineering designed to make
the lifting of CRT Monitors, and other similar, slightly curved and cylindrical
objects easy and safe, is now available from ANVER.
The FlexGrip, which is suitable as a single pad for the VT160 and smaller Vacuum
Tube Lifting Systems, has a spring steel skeleton molded inside its urethane
body, which is pre-formed to the smallest curvature of your application (load),
but will flatten out to accommodate larger curves, or even conform to a flat
surface. When released, it springs back to its pre-formed curved shape.
The pad shown here is molded from 35 durometer urethane, but can be made in 20,
40, 50 or 60 durometer, as well, according to the demands of your application.
