The JEDS-P Series Energy Saver Vacuum Generator features programmable vacuum level and blow-off, adjustable flow volume, and vacuum loss prevention. Compressed air is used only when required to maintain the vacuum. Standard check valves are built in.

Usage:

The JEDS-P system can be used in automation applications to replace conventional vacuum generating stations. They are dependable and energy efficient. The JECS-P is equipped with a pneumatic control for explosion-proof applications.

Operating Temperature: 0 to 60°C  (32 to 140°F)
Optimum Operating Pressure: 5 bar (72.5 psi)
Mechanical Life: 15 million cycles
Valve Material: Anodized Aluminum, Brass Nozzle
Seal Material: Nitrile NBR
