Vacuum Lifters can be economically rebuilt in many instances. We regularly service vacuum lifters that we built 10, 20, or even 30 years ago.

This is especially true of our Self-Powered Mechanical Vacuum Lifters that
have always been ruggedly built
and designed for years of service. The heavy castings and weldments of
mechanical units make them perfect for rebuilding.

All work is guaranteed and vacuum lifters come with a one year warranty
if they are totally rebuilt.

Before
any work begins the unit is reviewed to see if it is economical to be
rebuilt. If so, it is completely disassembled for a thorough repair
evaluation. We then contact you with an exact rebuild
cost. The unit is
completely sand blasted, welds are repaired, holes are re-tapped, epoxy
painted, and the lifter is rebuilt to the latest specifications.
- Completely repaired and repainted
lifters are essentially as good as new units
since all wear
items are replaced. This is a good option in many situations.
